Initiate Your Return
Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to any Australia Post location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5 business days of arrival.
